Bought this about a year ago and camped in it once. Set up 4 or 5 times in the driveway but only one time camping. so its time to say goodbye.

Camper is in GREAT conditon! Everything works (except that stove).
It has a soft spot in the ceiling near the AC. Previous owner said it had to do with the AC and was fixed by dealer. Never leaked on me. Had gotten heavy rain while setup in driveway but no leaks.
Has some staining on the canvas. Looks like a prior owner may have closed it up for a season without brushing leaves off the canvas.
All that being said, camper is in great shape and ready to go. Needs nothing but a new owner.
