| | Customed to our specifications with 8X14 living quarters in the front (curbside door). It's great for hauling a show, stock for games or sales, antiques, or many other uses while living comfortably on the road. Kitchen area has stainless sink, 40 gallon water supply, 5 gallon hot water heater, two burner propane stove, refrigerator, under cabinet coffee maker, microwave, 4 drawers under stove, 2 cupboards over sink and stove, 3 above refrigerator and counter and 3 below refrigerator and counter which gives lots of storage. In the front of the trailer there is a large window on the roadside and 2 small windows on the other. We have a futon for sleeping. There is a clothes closet on each side of the Futon-bed and loads of storage. Power panel is in the cupboard on the road side of the bed. A top of the line air conditioner with heat strip is in the living quarters. It will cool the entire trailer down when bulkhead doors are left open. The trailer is very heavily insulated and sturdily built with a one-piece metal roof. The middle room is the bathroom with a house size shower, sink, medicine cabinet, toilet (two holding tanks) and one window (placed high up). There is a ceiling vent in the bathroom and a wardrobe closet. The bathroom is 8X8 feet. The rear room is 8X14 and ALL rooms are nicely paneled in light wood. Rear room has 4 high windows (that can’t been seen through by anyone standing beside the trailer on the ground)and a ceiling vent. There are 4 overhead lights and 4 double outlets for 110. Back doors (2) open out (do not make a ramp) and have a window in each. We had new radial tires put on and they have less than 1,000 miles on. This is a beautiful trailer ready to roll.
