This is a great trailer in very nice condition. Basically all original. It has been in our family since new. We aquired it from the grandparents! It has a rear full bath, with newer (larger) toilet, full tub/shower combo and very large storage closet.
Next comes the "bedroom" with a twin on each side. Tons of storage above and below both beds, a slide out flat screen tv and a curtain type divider that leads into the kitchen area.
The kitchen area is all working and original. The fridge seems to be larger than most trailers I've seen. There is a HUGE pantry along with a large closet and tons of overhead storage and drawers. The stove, fridge, oven, sink, microwave, etc. all work. This area is followed by the dining/living area which is the front of the trailer. There is a flip up dining table with many leaves to make it LONG! There is a couch that converts to about a double bed but longer. VERY easy to open, basically the back of the sofa just flips over the seat and legs open under and wala! you have a bed.
The front of the trailer is all window and makes the trailer so light and airy when all opened. I love it. The awning is just a few years old and very nice and sturdy and easy to operate.
The outside of the trailer has many locking compartments as well as the optional rear trunk. Large and holds lots. WE keep all of our lawn chairs, life jackets, hoses, etc. there.
The trailer has a newer furnace and the air conditioning can make it downright cold if you'd like!
There aren't any new trailers that even compare to this one. Solid and insulated. We love it, just don't have room at our new house to keep it.
