VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

SANDPIPER 321BHT
Like new condition, MSRP was over $40K, NADA average value is $34,865 (w/out adds)!! This travel trailer is perfect for a large family. The huge rear bedroom has Quad Bunks and 2 slides. It is a great area for the kids to hang out. It is listed as sleeping 12, but you can fit 14 or more. The master bedroom is up front and has a large pass through storage area under the Queen bed lift. The kitchen/living room has a super slide. It is modern and has tons of cabinet and storage space. The full surround integrated CD/stereo system has a subwoofer, an audio connection where you can plug in your iPod and everything.

If you're not familiar with the Sandpiper brand check out their website. I looked at literally hundreds of campers and RV's before I bought this one. If you want a big camper with the best quality for a good price ... there is nothing better than this. It does not look like a cheap RV inside. The interior is very nice, the wood work is a light real oak and I was impressed with the attention to detail.

This is a great deal for an amazing camper. It is in mint condition and is very clean. It was used one summer and was never driven anywhere (except to be delivered to our seasonal camp ground spot). We are only selling it because we recently inherited a waterfront lakehouse. This camper was intended to be our "lake house home" but we don't need it now.

We are asking $26,495 or best offer. MSRP was over $40,000 and current NADA for this unit is $34,865 for average retail (this unit is certainly above average). To see more of this RV visit here: http://www.rvusa.com/rvinventory_item.asp?id=471515
