This sale is from a private individual. I am not an RV dealer. I am retired. THIS RV RETAILS FROM $41,000 - $52,000 ACCORDING TO NADA. THE BASE PRICE BEGINS AT $36,000 BUT THIS RV HAS MANY OPTIONS. This is a beautiful motorhome. The slide out really makes a difference when living in a motorhome. I don't think I could ever own another motorhome without one. The bathroom is full-sized with a bathtub and you have quite a bit of room to move around. RV has surround sound speakers and a DVD/VCR player. It also has a CD/radio for the driver that also has an input for mp3 player. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Awnings are in really good condition. This is a very dependable vehicle.The cabinetry throughout RV has been upgraded to cherry and looks gorgeous! A new cherry hardwood floor that matches the cabinetry has been installed in the bedroom, living, and kitchen area. The RV has 2 kitchen seating options. The one in the picture is a table with 2 chairs (there are 2 additional matching chairs not shown). There is another option with bench seating and table that folds down to make a bed for a child (not pictured). It's never been wrecked and there are no leaks. Antifreeze has been replaced. The power invertor has recently been replaced. Recently the oil and filter for the engine and generator have been changed. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. It gets up to 11 miles MPG depending if you are towing or not. It has a towing hitch with a 4000 lbs. capacity. The vehicle is sold as-is, so I suggest you have mechanic check it out if you have any concerns. It was recently given a complete check by a dealer which I paid $250 for. Everything checked out fine.
