Microwave, Interior and exterior shower, Factory exterior grill mounts to side of camper (removable) Three burner stove, double door frig & freezer. 2 Bedrooms - one queen in front and a set of bunks in the back bedroom along with a second table that drops down to an additional twin bed in the rear bedroom. TONS of storage! and all woodwork is really nice quality. Camper is in very good condition. It did have an exterior light leak in the front closet because it was installed upside down at the factory and a trim piece also leaked in the rear exterior storage compartment. Both leaks have been repaired and everything else in this trailer is like new.

Shoes have never been worn inside. We purchased this camper new. It’s never been smoked in, the stove has only been used a few times. All appliances, plumbing, electrical components, air conditioning, furnace, hot water tank, etc. work perfectly. The tires are in very good condition (85%) and I have always parked on wood blocks or a concrete pad. Includes a new spare tire and bumper mount. I also have a winter storage cover ($300.00), a fifth wheel 15k Reese hitch (350.00)you’ll just need std rails for your truck that cost about $70.00). Also included is a HD tri-pod stabilizer for the front king pin ($200.00), a 25’ 30 amp extension cord, 19”TV, water hose, and sewage support all the extras are included!
