Must sell due to medical reasons! My wife loves this and we use it often to travel around the beautiful Texas coastal area, but she must have shoulder replacement surgery and can't handle any stairs.  Non-smoking and no pets!  No liens, clear title, can negotiate deliver anywhere in Texas/Oklahoma;New Mexico.

   We added a 19" Samsung LCD HDTV and an LG DVD.  The bedroom also has a mount for a 12-volt TV; an antenna and booster are built in, although we used park cable or our exterior DirecTV dish.  We have outfitted the unit with all bed and bath linens, as well as dishes, pots and pans to make this fifth wheel ready to go at any time -- just bring along clothes and food!

   The basement is totally sealed underneath and includes a large, pass-through storage area, plus front and rear storage.  An extra 12-volt battery is included, and all lighting is 12-volt.  Fresh water storage is 46 gallons, while waste water is 37 gallons (2 grey water and 1 black water).  A 34,000 BTU furnace keeps the entire unit warm (floor ducted) and the 13,500 ceiling ducted air conditioner quickly cools the entire interior, and it includes a heat pump to take the chill off cool spring/fall mornings.

   The refrigerator-freezer automatically switches between gas/electric or may be set according to user preference.  The 6-gallon DCI hot water heater is gas/electric switchable. ALL GAS IS PIEZO ELECTRIC STARTER ... absolutely no pilot lights to blow out in the wind.  Two 30-lb. propane tanks (switchable with a single lever) provide a month of worry-free cooking and camping.

   The 3-burner rangetop lights with a turn of the controls; and the combination convection/microwave is a HalfTime product.  It actually cuts recipe cook times in half combining both features automatically to get food served quickly!  The sink is a double basin resin material that stands up to abuse, yet is gentler to dishware.  The slideout table and 4 chairs are comfortable, and the additional counter and 2 stools add to seating room for meals or entertaining.

   The European style recliners are microfiber and very comfortable for TV or just relaxing!  Add the sofabed and there is comfortable seating for at least 10 adults!  And the ceiling fan keeps everyone comfortable, circulating cool or warm air throughout the kitchen and living area.  The kitchen also has a large skylight (with sliding shade) to keep everything bright and airy.

   The neo-angle shower is large and has a skylight as does the bedroom.  The queen bed lifts for underneath storage, and the sink vanity includes access to the basement for a clothes hamper.  There is overhead storage above the bed as well as closets on both sides of the walk-around bed (6-foot ceiling at the bed).
