1997 Newmar, Dutch Star M-3758 Spartan chassis w/ Slide out. Cummins 8.3- 300HP Diesel w/ 6 speed Allison trans. Air ride suspension, Hydraulic leveling jacks, 6500 watt Onan generator. 110,K miles. This motor home is in excellent condition! I have owned it for aprox.2 years. I have spent a lot of time and money making this on of the nicest 1997 coaches I think you will see. I planned to keep it long term for my families use, but unfortunately for me our circumstances have changed and now it will make someone else a nice one.  Many items have been replaced or upgraded. It was completely serviced in May of 2009 and is ready to go. The 22.5” Michelin tires have approximately 5000 miles on them. They were replaced in August of 2007. The lower body color was professionally repainted in April of 2008. The upper body still  has a good gloss. It has all fabric awnings with metal self storing covers, an outside shower, large storage compartments (one w/ an outside TV). There is a full set of covers, windows, tires, mirrors, wipers, etc. The interior has no odors and has the following features; A new laminated floor in the main living area, ceramic tile in the bathroom & new carpet in the bed room. It has a new sofa, w/ a storage drawer that folds out into a queen size bed w/ a self inflating air mattress. There is also a new recliner. The slide out has a new motor & control unit. The front seats are power Flexsteel seats with lumbar supports. It has 2 TV’s, a DVD player, VCR, a Digital receiver, and a satellite dish (which is wired but does not have a receiver). It has an in dash AM/FM/CD w/ an external XM receiver. The drivers area includes: Power heated mirrors, a back up monitor, a tilt & telescopic steering wheel, delay wipers, air horns,& cruise control. The HVAC system includes; 2 low profile roof top A/C units with electric heat (both units  have had new updated circuit boards installed as well as a new central thermostat), It has a back up gas furnace and a thermostatically controlled power roof vent in the galley. The fresh water system has a new pump (installed spring 2008), the hot water heater is a large capacity unit which works with both gas and electric to keep the hot water coming! The bathroom has; a corner shower w/ a raised skylight, a power roof vent and a large closet with washer & dryer hook ups.
