There is also a 12 disc CD player. The backup camera in the console
has a microphone. There are power driver/passenger front
sunshades, a powered driver’s adjustable seat, cruise control, a tilt
wheel. Cable TV hookups (2) are present in addition to a Winegard
TV antenna with booster switch. The video console is set up to
accommodate an outdoors third TV as well as a Kingdome satellite

computer workstation, a 12v Fantastic vent fan w/rain sensor and wall
thermostat, a powered vent fan in the bathroom, and Corian
counters throughout. A double Corian kitchen sink with covers is in
the kitchen with separate filtered water for sink use and for the
freezer. There is a huge one-piece garden style shower with etched
glass doors and skylight. Carpeting and ceramic tile floors with
decorative tile inlays are present. The bedroom has a huge wardrobe
with full beveled mirror doors, banks of drawers, and 2 nightstands.
A regulation sized queen bed and more interior storage than most
40 footers is present. There is a large basement with passthrough
storage and an EMT electrical monitoring system. There is a 10-gal
gas/electric water heater with heater bypass for winterization. There
are 5 6v deep cycle batteries, a 50-amp power converter and charger
. Installed were two 110 watt roof solar panels with the capacity for
an additional panel if desired, and a solar charge controller located
indoors. Also are found hydraulic levelers, heated power mirrors with
defrost, and new premium Koni RV shocks. There is a large patio
awning with metal travel cover and with an additional side shade.
Window awnings are present. There is a ceramic toilet with spray, and
a hamper in the bathroom. Privacy sunscreens for the front and
front-side windows are used in the daylight in addition to front
window drapes for night privacy. An outside shower is in he service
bay. There are chrome electric horns and an electric entry step. The
coach exterior is polymer polished yearly and the Motorhome is
always stored indoors when not in use. This is a non-smoking coach
