| Beautiful 5th wheel with 2 slideouts. Awnings on all windows. This model has hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room area. Dining table and four chairs. Sofa makes into double bed. Included are 2 TV's with one VCR player, 5th wheel hitch for a pick-up, tripod for under the nose of the trailer, water and drain hoses. Additional contents of trailer negotiable. There is a large bathroom with 2 sinks and a large shower. Two closets each side of the sinks and a closet which is plumbed for a washer and dryer. Double door closet in bedroom, queen size bed with a new matress. The refrigerator has been rebuilt as well as the heater. Trailer also wired for phone and cable hook-up.
