Above cab bed, table bed and sofa sleeper bed.This is a very nice 31 foot RV with smooth sides (not corrugated). Colors look very nice; stickers are in very nice shape. Roof is leak free and shows no signs of leaks. All roof coverings are in good condition. Awning pulls out and works, as it should. All compartment doors open and close as manufactured and lock with a key. Engine and transmission work as they should, this RV drives very nice. Tires all show very good tread. There is easy generator access located on the side and the 30amp service cord is located here as well.
This RV is perfect for the family who has a couple of Quads, street bikes etc. Lots of room for a couple of toys and still comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. When you walk in the door you see a very clean interior that has been well cared for and seems to need no special attention anywhere. Table bed, sofa sleeper and above cab loft make for a roomy and pleasant stay. Bathroom is a good size and yes there is room to sit on the toilet. Access to the roof is through the rear storage area and is made possible by a folding wall ladder. Rear door moves up and down, as it should, tires are in very nice shape and show approx. 80-90% tread left. Rear ramps are included and attach to a grooved tray for easy loading.
Vynle thru-out shows only slight wear. Beautiful wallpapered walls throughout look good. Cabinets all look good, open and close properly. Counter tops in kitchen and bath look very nice, dash looks good and windshields are in good condition. All other windows are good. Everything is in proper working order: entry step, tire air pressure, air conditioning, water pump, range, microwave, refrigerator, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions and generator.
