| Take a look at this ONE OF A KIND 1996 Tioga Flyer Heady Duty 31' class C motorhome. You can sleep up to 8 people in this motorhome. The NADA average retail value is over $24,000 plus the over $3000 it took to convert the engine. It is built on a Chevy chassis with a 454,v8,7.4l fuel injected engine with a four speed transmission with overdrive. There are 72,873 miles. In November of 2000 this motorhomes engine was converted to run not only on Gasoline but Propane as well. The conversion was done by Flyer Body MFG/Cruise America. The cockpit has two captains chairs, tilt steering, am/fm/cassette, dash air, and an overhead bunk bed with ladder. The living area has a table bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen has a double ceramic sink, two door Dometic refrigerator/freezer, three burner Magic Chef stove with oven and a Magic Chef microwave. There is a shower stall on one side of the hall and the toilet and vanity are together on the opposite side. The rear bedroom has a queen size walkaround bed with built in closets. There is an Onan Microlite 4000 generator with 2750 hours on it. There is also an overhead air conditioner, spare tire, awning, tow hitch, solar panel on the roof (to help keep battery charged), lp gas detector, air assisted suspension in the front, 60 gallon fuel tank. The front tires have about 80% tread life left and the rears about 60% with a bit of weathering. All appliances are in working condition and this motorhome runs and drives well with no known problems. There are 2 small chips in the windshield (nothing that would need to be replaced). There are no signs of leaks in this RV. This is a nice motorhome, but it is used, so normal wear and tear MUST be expected!
