| It is one of the best pop ups made. It is the elite version. Everything is like new. I bought it in Calif. and pulled it out to Vero Beach area. Decided to sell. Pulled extremely well. Can pull behind a midsize to full size vehicle. Has 7 prong adapter for the car brakes and lighting already to roll. Saves gas, light to pull and the low clearance is a plus. Has a strong Air Conditioner with cover. Propane Heater with thermostat works great. Strong fan to ventilate. Storage rack on roof. Tires are like new, and new spare. The pop up still has manufactured warrantee till 2008. Pull out Dinette area. Makes the interior spacious. Refrigerator that works ac/dc and works. 2 showers, one outside, one inside, with a toilet and cassette sewage tank, Clean and like new,. 2 KING SIZE BEDS, mattresses like new. Also the dinette sleeps 2, plus a small couch with lots of storage underneath, Large storage BIN in front of unit. A large stainless steel sink. Water storage and holding tank. HOT water heater, 6 Gal. runs on propane. 2 propane tanks are included. 2 marine batteries. Out door AWNING, great shape. Linoleum floor. Large holding tank under trailer was an extra. Great windows and all windows and material are in super shape. This has been a well taken care of fold up trailer. It is looking for a great home. This is perfect for storing in a garage, or small area, it pulls like a charm. Giving you better gas mileage then a regular travel trailer due to low clearance. LIKE NEW.
