All recalls for any items on this unit have been performed. Unit has had yearly oil changes and both filters in the transmission
have been changed. All electronics and electricals work good. The unit has the normal highway matter in the form of
some road specs on the front. Tires in excellent shape. The carpet does have a few spots from swimming pool bleaching.
Driver & Passenger seats are leather & clean. Couch, recliner & dinette seats are cloth and clean.
All manufacturers books and extra reading material included. Sleep comfort bed is completely operational with
dual controls for pressure adjustments. Remotes for TV's, VCR/DVD, Door, Main Awning, External Radio/CD included.
Key FOB for remote entry system included. Stove burners all light. Oven works properly.
Microwave/Convection Oven work good. Unit is garage kept when not in use.
Recalls performed are, Entrance door glass replaced, Propane tank saddle system installed.
