This unit is pristine. It has very little use. This unit has a new Battery, Onan 3600 LP propane generator, Trac Vision II satellite TV, Vent hoods, through frame storage. All systems work. The interior is oak with blue rugs maroon accents. The window dressings match the rug. 2 Slides, (1) off the kitchen and (1) off the living room area. Table and chair feature was upgraded to a fold down kitchen dinette. Exterior awning, rear stabilizer jacks, Automatic front jacks, and fifth wheel pin stabilizing jack. Upgraded dual 30 lb propane tanks to allow extended stays. Added extended stay feature allows you to hook up to 100 lb propane bottles for prolonged stays. Upgraded heat blanket's on all of the storage tanks allow worry free cold weather use. There is a lot of room when the slides are out and plenty of cabinet storage.
