| This beautiful Franklin park model is located in Swansboro NC.It has 2 slides and is in a small, quiet rv park right across the street from the intercoastal waterway!If you love to relax this is the perfect place for you since the park is small and quiet and there are are plenty of things to do within 10 miles! It has great seasonal views of the waterway, and is under some nice live oaks keeping it shaded. It has metal storm awning for all the windows that can be opened when there and closed when you leave. This feature alone is worth about $3,000.It is completly underpinned and tied down. It is on a very large lot that allows enough room for you to park and have your boat as well as leaving a grass area outside of the deck and patio, which have furniture that comes with the place. It comes fully furnished and some of the amenities are - queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, 3 burner stove, oven, frost free freezer/fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes/ pots and pans, tv/vcr in bedroom, tv/vcr/dvd in living area, LOADS of storage, large closet in bedroom, full bath with residential toilet (not a pedal pusher!) stand up shower.
