| This RV has only approx. 70 miles on it. Like new. It has two large slide-outs, king size bed with storage underneath, sleeps six, it has nice sofa that folds down to make a full size bed with storage underneath, dining table can be converted to a full size bed with storage under each seat. It has AM/FM radio/CD player/DVD player/ MP3 player with surround sound, TV antenna with signal booster and place for 27" TV, a place for smaller TV in bed room with cable connection for same booster. It has nice DOMETIC refrigerator with automatic temperature control with LP/electric, A 6 gal. recirclating water heater LP/electric, DOMETIC microwave, bath tub/shower combonation, tiolet in seperate room with door, outside shower, light beige carpet through-out except for kitchen area which is color matching vinal, stainless steel(looking double sink with water filter, Wedgewood Vision LP cook stove with three top burners and oven, lots of cabinet space and outside storage compartments. Interior colors are light beige with light green flowered borders, light brown wood grain cabinets and doors, lots of closet space for long wardrobe, and extra shoes, ladies dresser with clothing drawers. this RV has front and rear entrance door, nice large awning in front and metal awning over front of RV over large window by kitchin, all windows are slightly tinted to make it easier to keep cool, DUO-THERM air conditioner and heat pump, it has a ducted roof air-conditioner and ducted LP central heat unit( all works very well), Prpane detector, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector. It has fresh water tank with battery operated 12 volt pump, gray water holding tank and black water holding tank, system monitor panel, it has double axle & four leveling jacks, electric self adjusting brake feature( this feature adjusts the brakes on both forward and reverse stops) , double eye leaf springs(to transfer instantaneous loads from one axle to another in an effort to "equalize" the load between the axles.) Will consider selling or will trade for older model 36'-40' with slideouts with washer and dryer connections in good condition. Price negotiable. |
