This Travel Trailer is in good condition. It has a rear bedroom with 2 twin beds. The living area is in the center of the camper with a sofa/sleeper. There is also a TV Table & a chair/rocker. There is plenty of storage in both the bedroom & living area. The kitchen area is upfront with a 4 burner stove/oven, a microvave & refridgerator. The sink is Stainless Steel with 2 compartments. The booth style seating in the kitchen/dining area folds down for a bed. All in all 6 people can sleep comfortably. The Camper has ducted heating which works off the 2 large 20 gallon propane tanks.The 6 gallon water heater works just as well and can either be powered by the propane or electric. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and toilet & sink area in good shape & well maintained. There is a smoke detector as well as a carbon monoxide detector as well.
The outside of the trailer is also in good condition. The tires are like new and have little mileage on them. Brakes are mint. There are outdoor lights that all work fine and the travel lighting equally well.
