We wish to combine this unit with a lot and mobile home located in central Florida (Kissimmee).  The mobile home is 14'x60' built in 1980.  2 bedroom, 1 bath with an extra metal roof for addtional protection.  It has city water and electric with septic tank.  There is a large concrete pad on the front for porch and a concrete block outbuilding for storage, also separate hookup for motorhome.  It is in the process of rennovation.  The bathroom has all new fixtures and is usable.  Some partitioning for the bathroom is not complete.  All floor covering has been removed and new subfloor installed.  Some built in units in the masterbedroom have been removed to enlarge the room.  The kitchen is a shell, everything removed.  Exterior doors need replaced.  The lot is large and located in an older mobile home community with county jurisdiction and owner deed.  It is not an adult retirement developement.  It is located 10 miles from Disney World and about the same up the Orange Blossom Trail to Orlando.  It is convenient to shopping, pharmacies, schools, and hospitals.
