Description

1952, Airstream 21' Flying Cloud travel trailer.

Serial Number Tag: #7315, Airstream, 1755 No. Main St., Los Angeles, California

My father purchased this trailer in Arizona in the 60s. We have had the trailer in Colorado since the mid 80's.

Much of the trailer is original. We still have the original propane tanks, split rim wheels and the original glass taillights, which are in a bag in pieces. The stove is the original 4 burner with oven. Interior cabinets are original with the original natural wood finish. Interior walls are original.

New tires and wheels, refrigerator is a Dometic 3 way. Original box spring mattress has been removed and replaced with a wood deck and compartment for a spare tire. Cushions for the dinette have vinyl covers. There is an awning.

The body is generally in very good condition. There is a dent in the lower right front and a smaller dent in the upper right rear. There are some hail dimples in the roof and skylights. The large front window is cracked. The window gaskets are dry and deteriorating.

Based on the article “Price vs. Condition, Vintage Airstream Values” posted on vintageairstream.com in our opinion the condition is in between “As Found” and “Average” condition.

Asking price is $5000.
