This Travel Trailer is in good condition. It has a rear bedroom with 2 twin beds. The living area is in the center of the camper with a sofa/sleeper. There is also a TV Table & a chair/rocker. There is plenty of storage in both the bedroom & living area. The kitchen area is upfront with a 4 burner stove/oven, a microvave & refridgerator. The sink is Stainless Steel with 2 compartments. The booth style seating in the kitchen/dining area folds down for a bed. All in all 6 people can sleep comfortably. The Camper has ducted heating which works off the 2 large 20 gallon propane tanks.The 6 gallon water heater works just as well and can either be powered by the propane or electric. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and toilet & sink area in good shape & well maintained. There is a smoke detector as well as a carbon monoxide detector as well.The outside of the trailer is also in good condition. The tires are like new and have little mileage on them. Brakes are mint.
