FOR SALE: 2006 Rockwood Roo 233 sleeps up to 10 people, It is 23' long boxed up...30' long opened up, it's an ultra light!!, it only weighs 3567lbs!!, this is a nice unit we used it 10 times, it looks new inside and out, here's the options , First off, this unit has 3 pop outs. The exterior is fiberglass with aluminum construction, it has a 6 gallon DSI hot water heater and it is gas and electric, it has an outside shower, cable TV hook ups, a 16' A&E awning, a spare tire with carrier and cover, the tires are at least 95%, and it has an outside RVQ grill!! The interior is green, and again, very nice!! All of the pop outs have queen beds and they are heated, it has a dinette and a sofa that make into beds, it has solid raised panel oak cabinets, it has an AM-FM-Cass-CD player, under dinette storage, a 3 burner stove top with cover, a microwave and an oven, it has a double door Dometic refer too.
