One Owner, Non-Smoking, New in Sept. 06, Towed from dealer to current location ( very low miles). Everything in working order, no problems whatsoever. We are buying a Mobile Home to put at our Farm to replace this trailer. Trailer is in Ohio at zip code 43716. I will do what I can to help you get it to where you need it to go. I have a truck that can pull this trailer with ease, but I don't have a trailer hitch.A hitch could be rented to pull it with. I will take it a reasonable distance for the cost of the fuel. Please call with any questions you have at 412-860-7756. The extreme thermal package worked very well, and I only had to run a small electric heater to keep it from freezing.I might also mention that the furnace set at 50 also was able to keep it from freezing weekend to weekend. Be careful of those models out there with open underbellies. The extreme thermal package extends your camping season to almost year round.Let me list a few of the features of this trailer. 2007 KEYSTONE Sprinter 377BHS, Extreme Thermal Package (enough said), Sandstone(brownish interior), Value Package, 10 Gallon Gas/Electric Water Heater w/ DSI( can take a couple showers with this water heater), 15.0 BTU Air Conditioner-Ducted (also has the Quick Cool you can stand under to cool down), 4 Stabilizer Jacks, AM/FM CD Player, Residential Refrigerator (stock this Frig. with lots of food and cut down on your grocery trips), Exterior Shower ( Get the kiddies washed up outside and keep the mess out ), Patio Door (This is an excellent feature for easy entry/exit with the awning out), Tinted Safety Glass, EZ Slide Storage Tray(This is pretty cool and durable place to store all your pots and pans), Day/Night Shades, Carbon Monoxide Detector, Desk Chair( Kids can bring their homework along or Dad and Mom can bring their laptop), Hide-A-Bed Sofa, Range Cover(This is important to get you more counter space), Sink Cover, Cable/Satellite Ready. I also added 3 MaxxAir roof vent covers that cost over $100. With these roof vent covers, you can leave the vents open even during a rain, to keep the air flowing. The vents also help to maximize the life of your camper by letting the heat out when you are not there.I put the picture of the packed closet in the ad to show you that you can pack a lot of supplies in that closet.I also added a towel rack in the bathroom and many coat hooks throughout the trailer.I have a couple extra 30lb. propane tanks I could throw in the deal with buy-it-now and tow it the first 50 miles free with buy-it-now.I'll throw in those tie downs (you see in the picture) for the awning too with buy-it-now.If you never had a camper before you're gonna want those tie downs on your awning, cause it only takes one wind to make a mess of your awning. This trailer would also make for great temporary living quarters during house construction.Again, my cell number is 412-860-7756.
