Great condition. Sleeps 6: one Queen bunk, one King bunk and one Full size table bed. Original canvas may need some minor repair but is in good condition and is completely waterproof. Interior and exterior are in great shape. All new electrical lines and exterior light fixtures, new hitch crank, new ceiling, new water lines and faucet, new holding tank installed. New curtains. Includes Sink, Ice Box (not a refrig), gas stove with interior and exterior hookups, gas heater and a never used porta potty. Plenty of storage space and newer awning.
