We bought this camper after we had a regular travel trailer. Love the openness of this camper but hate the setup. Even though it is very simple, it gets to be old.This tent camper has a 3-way refrigerator, gas/elec. water heater, stabilizer jacks, furnace, slide out in dining area, portapotti/shower, spare tire, electric brakes, brand new canopy, sleeps 8, side bed curtains, built-in carbon monoxide detector, lots of storage space, a place to hang clothes and has a new roof. The dining area cushions have a few holes on the bottom, otherwise this camper is in tip-top shape. This camper has also been faithfully winterized prior to all cold weather.
