This pop-up is in excellent condition, has been well cared for. We used it for 2 years and decided that we wanted something bigger as we planned to do much more traveling during our retirement. The GVWR is approximately 2800 lbs, the dry weight is approximately 1900 lbs. Our Ford Escape handled the load with no problems. It offers a 3 burner stove which can be set up outside, 20 gal fresh water tank, cold water sink, furnace, spare tire (never used), 3 way refrigerator, new awning (never used), screened porch (not used), heating blanket, battery, 2 propane bottles, 22 gal. portable gray water tank, wheel jack for leveling and a carpet for putting on the ground. There is a storage compartment in front.
