Excellent Condition... Was used for Dirtbike and quad Racing. Have owned it for 3 years and used about 13 weekends each year. has a couple of minor flaws but no real damage. Under the slide out are two stress cracks. The interior has a sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer microwave in the kitchen area. Queen size bed with a fold down couch. plenty of cabinet storage. The exterior has the outside shower and outside cooking cooktop(two burners) outside hookup for cable. The rear garage, which is seperated by a door, has the diamond plate flooring with tie down rails and tie down rings. Cabinet storage on both sides of the camper. a/c heat all work great full propane tanks, 4 new tires. Well taken care of. Always winterized in plenty of time before freezeing weather. Also comes with a screen room, which is brand new and never used. that attaches to the awning. Plenty of under the bed storage.
