This fifth wheel is in excellent condition. It has sleeping capacity for 6. There are 4 slides. The living area is in front and features a 5100 BTU electric fireplace, a 25" color TV with DVD player and surround sound. There are 2 King size sofa's that fold out to sleep 4. It is satellite and cable ready. All of the woodwork is solid oak. It has a 39" garden tub with skylight. A welcome feature is the freestanding dinette with 4 storage chairs. Another plus is that the table top unlocks to slide from side to side if needed. There is a ceiling fan in the kitchen which of course has a microwave and a three burner stove. There are 2 air conditioners, dealer and factory installed. Another feature is the built-in vacuum system and a combo washer/dryer. We also had a 2" riser installed on the commode.
