This is a like brand new model.I purchased it from  an individual in the summer of 2010. His wife decided she did not like RV'ing. I moved it to a site in Colden NY. It is top of the line. 3 slides, electric awning, fireplace, flat screen TV, leather pull out couch, 2 recliner chairs, rear window, combo micro wave oven, regular oven,fridge plus freezer, porcelain comode,shower & sink, double sink in galley, Queen bed, hook ups for washer & dryer, full sewege hook up with fresh, grey & blac k water tanks, lots of add ons included.
